⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost — provided the following conditions are strictly met:
Mandatory Requirements:
∙ 📹 A clear unboxing video must be recorded from the moment you open the package — without any cuts or pauses
∙ 🏷️ All original tags must be intact and attached to the product
∙ ⏱️ Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
How to Report:

Claims reported after 24 hours, without an unboxing video, or with missing or removed tags will not be accepted.
